LEAP: Learning for the Next Generation
LEAP (Entrepreneurial Learning Accelerator Program) is an immersive program designed to bring the principles of entrepreneurship to high school and early-college students. Under the guidance of Marc Dispensa, LEAP empowers young innovators to take ownership of ideas and turn them into real-world ventures.
Why LEAP Exists
Many students possess ambition and creative energy, but they often lack the framework to bring ideas to life. LEAP bridges that gap by teaching foundational business principles—vision, structure, accountability, and execution—using the same tools that help established entrepreneurial teams scale.
“Our hope is that if even if one of these kids leaves here with the bug to go create a company, then we’ve succeeded.”
—Marc Dispensa
What Students Experience
-
Through guided workshops, students identify what they’re passionate about and craft an entrepreneurial vision. During this process, they’ll learn to define what success looks like and how to get there.
-
This semester-long program helps students understand the entrepreneurial mindset, experience real-world business life, and get inspired to see entrepreneurship as an exciting, achievable career.
-
Groups develop their ideas into launch-ready projects, gain feedback from peers and mentors, and learn to respond to challenges with resilience and structured execution.
