In this month’s Client Spotlight, we’re proud to feature Joe Ruskey, President of Dependable Solutions, Inc., a leading IT Services Consulting firm based in Wisconsin.

Founded in August 2003, Dependable Solutions specializes in providing secure networks for businesses, helping them navigate complex technology needs with confidence. Today, the company has grown to a 30-employee team, generating $4 million in annual revenue, and remains committed to delivering dependable IT solutions to clients across the region.

The EOS Journey

As Dependable Solutions continued to grow, Joe and his leadership team realized they needed a proven framework to help manage and sustain that growth. "We were growing and needed a structure to assist with the growth," Joe shared. After a recommendation from their partner ITBD, Joe and his team decided to explore EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) as a way to bring more discipline and focus to their operations.

In December 2022, they began their EOS journey with Marc, and the impact was almost immediate. "EOS has given us the structure we need for our meetings to make them productive and worth our time," Joe said.
