Greencastle Associates Consulting  is a 100% veteran-owned and operated implementation consulting firm located in Malvern, Pennsylvania. The team tackles critical projects with a unique, military-precision approach. Founded by veterans in 1997, Greencastle provides metric-driven results to businesses looking to execute strategic initiatives. They do this by consulting  with a client to plan, design, and execute the implementation of a new system or process. This can include everything from software and technology implementation, to organizational change management, and process improvement.

Greencastle Consulting in recent years had a goal of rapid growth, it was because of this goal that owner, Joe Crandall, looked into EOS.  The team self-implemented EOS starting in 2019 but reached out to Marc in 2022 to help take them to the next level. Joe had recently adjusted the senior leadership team and Marc was able to help solidify EOS components into their plan.  The Greencastle team left their session with Marc as a unified team that trusted the process and each other.
