VERO is a SaaS platform for real estate owners and operators with headquarters both in Dallas, Texas and New York City.  Their overall mission is to make housing more accessible by providing tools that make qualifying for apartments easier. The company began in 2019 and has grown to 48 employees. 

VERO began implementing EOS in 2021. They heard about EOS from one of their Venture Capital companies and were hoping that EOS would help roundout some of their management processes.  Since implementing EOS the team has seen the impact that having transparent management initiatives driven by a simple yet effective alignment protocol can have on the entire company.  Founder and COO, Joe Ben-Zvistated that EOS has given them the ability to be on the same page across all of their teams.  Everyone knows what is important to help the company achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) that are set based on their one, three and ten year vision.
